What is holistically held
Holistically Held is is a collaborative offering with Kelsey (Life Coach + Hypnotherapist), Sarah (Medium + Intuitive Energy Healer), and Ocean (Astrologer + Cosmic Coach).
In a 3 or 6 month container, we hold you as you bloom from one season into the next.
Kelsey is your lead coach and guide through your journey.
As part of the discovery phase of your held journey, you have a session with Sarah to connect with your guides and receive insight for your chapter ahead, and a session with Ocean to learn the elements at play in your chart.
All of these insights are woven into your coaching and hypnotherapy with Kelsey so that your journey meets you exactly where you are, and is holistically informed from multiple modalities.
